Citi custom cash and Chase freedom Flex
Bought a new vehicle last month so figured I'd try my luck with a few new cards. Tried the capital one pre qual as I wanted the savor card but nothing came up. I've wasted enough hard pulls with capital one so looked elsewhere.
I had a mailer invite for the Citi custom cash so tried that first and was approved for $11,500 and 21.24% APR. this is my first Citi card.
Next up was Chase. I wanted the Freedom flex and was approved for $4000 at 29.99% APR. I was hoping for a bigger starting limit but it is what it is. This is my 2nd Chase card. The first being the Amazon Prime card.
My MyFico bank card 8 score is/was
EQ: 782 TU: 841 EX: 808
8/2019: EQ 617, TU 578, EX 628
9/2021: EQ 684, TU 662, EX 671

That's very good for Citi, and Chase (along with WF, IME) tends to have a very precise total amount in mind for each holder at a point in time, so your two cards equal that number.
