How to make Cranberry Mimosas
The Classic Mimosa is defined as being made with champagne(or othersparkling wine) and chilled citrus juice, usuallyorange juiceunless otherwise specified.
For this recipe we changed up the classic mimosa and made it with just cranberry juice. If you love the orange/citrus flavor you can easily add orange juice to this recipe.
To make a cranberry mimosa you want to pour the juice first and then the sparkling wine last. This allows you to decide how much champagne you want to add to the co*cktail.
The carbonation of the champagne also looks amazing at the top of this winter co*cktail.
Recipe Tips
Make sure your Champagne and Cranberry Juice are cold/chilled.
If you don't like a strong mimosa you can add more cranberry juice and cut back on the champagne.
The raw cranberries should not be eaten but they look amazing in the co*cktail.
If you are making these for a holiday gathering make sure you don't make them ahead of time. You don't want to lose to many of the champagne bubbles by having it sit in a pitcher before you can serve it to guests.
These unbreakable champagne glasses are great for holiday parties. You can get these unbreakable stemless flutes or unbreakable stemless flutes.
