So disappointed in @ATT . They were charging me an extra $100-150 a month more than quoted and their fix was a lower data plan which we've used 20% all ready and have 24 days left. Not to mention our internet sucks. Thanks a lot

@ATT and their U-verse system. Over charged 70+ dollars on my account. CS I spoke to was helpful and set up refund, via prepaid cc. Now they can suck the money from my account. But can’t put it back in. That’s bad business. I find it harder to like AT&T

How is it even legal these companies charge you $50 for being poor? Charging you to “restore” svcs like they have to do it by hand when really it’s a punishment for poverty, again. ALWAYS has been. This is what a system looks like when it treats wealth as merit. @ATT
